60 Minutes | Breathwork • Deep Core Activation • Pelvic Integration
A deeply informative, breath-based journey into the relationship between your nervous system, deep core, pelvis, and glutes.
We begin with nervous system release inspired by the Kidney Meridian, traditionally associated with fear and our emotional response to past experiences. Through intentional breathwork, we create space to release tension and restore a sense of safety within the body.
Next, we move into a Deep Core Line-inspired inner and outer thigh series, awakening sleeping glutes, strengthening the posterior chain, and integrating movement through the pelvis, your body's steering wheel.
We finish with a powerful somatic PNF-inspired squeeze-and-release technique to reinforce glute activation and improve neuromuscular connection.
Finally, three minutes of conscious breath bring the nervous system back into balance, allowing the body to integrate, soften, and come home.
Release the fear. Awaken the strength.
Reconnect to the body you call home.
