Deep Roots: Idaho Rebalance
SCULPT
•
52m
This 50-minute bodyweight practice is part of our Fall Rehabilitation Series—a season of restoring the body after a summer of extreme adventure.
We begin with deep-core activation, then use unilateral movement to uncover and rebalance differences between the shoulders and upper body. From there, we journey through the pelvis at several ranges of motion—not searching for perfection, but discovering what feels right, where support is needed, and where your focus belongs next.
Filmed in Idaho with Peg, this class invites you to slow down, listen deeply, and rebuild from the inside out. No equipment needed.
