BREATHE. SCULPT. STRENGTH. SWEAT. STRETCH.
This class meets you right where you are…
burned out, holding too much, doing your best to keep it all together.
But underneath the stress and pressure, your body is asking for something different:
not more force… more balance.
Dynamic Resistance is where you learn to work with your opposites instead of fighting yourself.
Strength + softness
Effort + ease
Control + flow
Through unilateral, end-range upper body work, we’ll train the deep stabilizing muscles of the shoulders and core—so your body feels supported from the inside out, not just held together on the surface.
Using the AIR BAR, you’ll activate your 3 Lines of Defense (lats, deep core, glutes) to create true stability—while learning how the deep muscles initiate and guide every movement, making strength feel simpler, smarter, and more connected.
This is where frustration turns into focus.
Where tension becomes direction.
Where you stop pushing… and start transforming.
What to expect:
Deep core activation to support every movement
Unilateral strength at end range for shoulder stability and control
Breath-led transitions to regulate your nervous system
A clear pathway to shift heavy, stagnant energy into something usable
The result:
You leave feeling clear, grounded, and back in your body—
with the tools to move through life with more strength, stability, and ease.
You don’t need to do more.
You need to move differently.
And it starts here.
