NECK-ER-CISE
A Blueprint for Getting Out of Your Neck and Jaw and Into Your Deep Core
If your neck is tight, your jaw is clenched, and your shoulders live somewhere near your ears… this class is for you.
Most women are overusing the neck to create force.
In NECK-ER-CISE, we retrain the pattern.
Through breathwork, deep core activation, and intelligent internal resistance, you’ll learn how to shift effort out of the superficial tension chain and into the Three Lines of Defense: lats, transverse abs, and glutes.
We begin by regulating the nervous system and decompressing the jaw and cervical spine. Then we layer in sculpt, strength, and rhythmic load — without letting the neck take over.
You’ll feel:
• Immediate relief through the upper traps
• Better rib positioning
• Stronger deep core engagement
• More power with less strain
This is the shift from force to power.
From clenching to grounding.
From bracing to breathing.
From neck-driven tension to whole-body integration.
Saturday at 10am Pacific.
Live on YouTube.
Come feel the difference.
Move light. Feel strong.

The Back Body Blueprint
The Back Body Blueprint: Deep Core + Mid-Back Integration
Most bodies try to do too much with the neck and shoulders. Effort creeps upward, tension builds, and power leaks out where it was never meant to live.
The Back Body Blueprint teaches a subtle but transformative shift: redirecting effort...
