Not just where it feels comfortable, but where real confidence is forged. We explore end-range control, multidirectional movement, and inside-out stability so your body learns how to stay poised under pressure.
You’ll work through all three planes of motion: forward and back, side to side, spiral and rotate, teaching your nervous system how to organize power instead of bracing against life.
