ALASKA MELT DOWN
30-Minute Breath + Stretch
After one of the most intense movement weeks of my life with the Alaska Storytellers, I’m taking you into the woods behind my old school in Sitka, Alaska, where I played as a kid.
Twenty years later, I’m dropping back into this place with a completely different body, perspective and appreciation for what it means to recover.
And after nine intense weeks of the Get Strong Challenge, it’s time for you to melt down too.
This is your reset. Thirty minutes of breath, deep stretching and intentional release designed to bring you out of PUSH and back into your body.
You earned this.
Stay present. Enjoy every moment and every breath. Listen closely for the cues so you can get the most rejuvenation possible from each position. No rushing toward the next thing. Let your nervous system catch up with everything you’ve just accomplished.
Breathe. Soften. Stretch. Receive.
Meet me in the Alaska woods. 🌲
We did the work. Now we let it land.
