GET STRONG FIVE: RECEIVE
The next three weeks are the most intense of the challenge. The pressure is on. Instead of resisting it, we’ll learn to receive it and transform it into strength.
Receiving isn’t passive. It’s the ability to accept feedback from your body, the support beneath your feet, the breath filling your lungs, and the challenge in front of you without shrinking from it. Every rep is an opportunity to build a stronger relationship with yourself and the world around you.
Today’s class is three rounds and 24 minutes of powerful HIIT training, followed by breathwork to help regulate your nervous system and create the conditions for greater fat burning and steady energy throughout the rest of your day.
This is the point where many people quit. Don’t.
It doesn’t matter how slow you move. Show up. Stay present. Receive the challenge. Receive your strength. Receive the version of you that’s been waiting on the other side of discomfort.
Your body is always speaking.
Today, let’s listen.
