Let’s talk about your backup system—and no, not the one on your phone. I’m talking about the one built into your body. The truth is, most of us live life face-first—typing, texting, reaching, rounding—and that “forward-facing lifestyle” can throw our alignment way out of whack.
That’s where the back body comes in. Your posterior chain (glutes, hamstrings, back) is like your body’s backstage crew: quiet, often ignored, but absolutely essential if you want the show to run smoothly.
When we train it, we rebalance the system, offset the upper cross syndrome, and suddenly movement feels lighter, smoother, easier. Plus, a strong back body = less injury, more power, and the kind of posture that says “I’m here, and I own this space.”
So today, we’re building backup—because confidence starts from the back and ripples forward.
