RIVER RESET | Rehabilitation for Extreme Adventure

I’m so glad I followed my intuition and created the Get Strong Challenge from June through July, because August required a next-level kind of strength. Four weeks of extreme adventure in Alaska somehow felt like two months.
Now we enter the recovery phase.
River Reset is our rehabilitation program after the adventure into the wild. We take inventory of the body: the injuries, imbalances and overuse patterns that surfaced along the way. We also notice the stories we may still be running on repeat in our heads.
This class focuses on balance, stability and intentional correction, working through the AIR BAR FIT basics to discover where your body may need more specialized movement, activation or recovery.
We aren’t chasing perfect balance. We’re learning to recognize what the body is telling us.
If you find it, feel it, or something gets triggered, drop me a note. Let’s talk about it one-to-one and decide where we grow from here.
The adventure built the strength. Now we learn from what it revealed.
