GET STRONG SIX: ACTIVE SOMATICS
The hardest part is behind you. One class remains after today, and what you've built over the past six weeks is ready to become your new normal.
Today we train smarter, not just harder. Using Active Somatics, we'll combine high intensity with the safety your nervous system craves. Through ground reaction force, controlled micro impacts, and tactile feedback, you'll stimulate bone density, support healthy lymphatic flow, and wake up the fascial system, the continuous web of connective tissue that transfers force through your entire body.
When fascia moves well, your body moves as one connected system instead of a collection of separate parts. You'll feel stronger, more stable, and more resilient while improving the quality of your movement. This is where power becomes longevity.
Three rounds of 90-60-30. Bring everything you've got. Every rep is an investment in the life you're building, not just the body you're shaping.
Just one week remains in the 2026 Get Strong Summer Challenge. I'm tired. You're probably tired too. And I'm incredibly proud of what we've created together. Now let's finish what we started.
Finish strong. Your future body is already thanking you.
