This is the first full Get Strong class featuring all 8 AIR BAR Core Moves—and we've never done it quite like this before.
Built as a fully standing, fully activated, AIR BAR-supported 90-60-30 circuit, this workout takes you on a journey from force to power, traveling through the superficial to the deep core lines of the body. Every movement is designed to help you feel strong, connected, and ready for anything life brings.
You'll build mobility, stability, balance, and grounding while creating strength that goes far beyond the workout itself. This isn't just about training your body—it's about awakening your energy, sharpening your focus, and moving with confidence.
And we'll finish with dance.
