Strength is not just about how much you can lift. It's about how much life you can hold.
This week we train capacity. The ability to breathe when the workout gets hard. To stay organized when your heart rate climbs. To create power without losing precision.
Our bodies don't rise to the occasion. They rise to the level of our training.
The 90-60-30 circuit returns, giving you another opportunity to build strength from the inside out. Every squeeze of the AIR BAR, every breath, every repetition is teaching your nervous system, muscles, and fascia to work together more efficiently.
This week, challenge yourself to:
Add a little more resistance.
Stay connected to your breath.
Recover with intention. Aim for 30g of protein after training, hydrate well, and consider creatine if it supports your goals.
Capacity isn't about grinding until you break. It's about expanding what you're capable of, one well-trained breath and one strong repetition at a time.
The goal isn't simply to survive life's challenges.
