This class takes you where most training stops.
We break out of the flat, repetitive patterns that keep your body stuck and start exploring true three-dimensional movement. Through isolated shoulder mobility in all three planes, you’ll access strength, control, and range that most trainers never teach — because they don’t train it.
Then we layer in the power of the pivot.
The lower body is no longer trapped in forward-back (sagittal) motion. You’ll learn to rotate, redirect, and move with intention — unlocking strength through the transverse plane where real-life movement actually lives.
This is where coordination sharpens, joints feel supported, and your body begins to move as an integrated system.
