Day 22: Move Light Strength Flow
Most of us live in the front of the body. Eyes forward. Chest forward. Effort forward. It’s efficient… until it isn’t.
Today’s practice invites you to face what the nervous system quietly avoids: moving backward. Not as danger. As intelligence.
This Move Light Strength Flow is a posterior-chain initiation. Glutes, hamstrings, lats, deep spinal stabilizers. The muscles that catch you. The tissues that say, I’ve got you.
When backward movement is driven from the surface, the body braces.
When it’s organized from the center, it feels surprisingly safe, grounded, and powerful.
You’ll explore strength without rush, depth without force.
Staying where you feel steady. Letting confidence build from sensation, not willpower.
This is a game-changer because the back body is where true support lives.
Not pushing. Not proving.
Receiving weight. Redirecting force.
Moving from the inside out.
If you can get out of your own way and drop into the center of your being, backward becomes not something to fear… but something that holds you. 🌒
